Billing
LetsPost runs on a flat monthly subscription — no seat-based pricing, no per-post fees. Pick the plan that fits your volume and upgrade or downgrade any time.

All paid plans are billed monthly. Annual billing (2 months free) is available — contact support to switch.
Changing your plan
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately — you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date; you keep the higher limits until then.
If a downgrade would leave you over the new plan's limits (e.g. more connected profiles than the plan allows), LetsPost will warn you before confirming. Existing scheduled posts are not deleted — only new scheduling is blocked until you are within limits.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, your account is downgraded to Free automatically — no data is deleted, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
LetsPost does not offer refunds for partial months, but if you cancel within 48 hours of an accidental charge, reach out to support and we will sort it out.
Invoices & receipts
Every charge generates a receipt emailed to your account address. You can also download PDF invoices for any past payment from Dashboard → Billing → Invoice history. Invoices include your company name and VAT number if you have set them under Billing details.
LetsPost uses Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers — only a Stripe customer token. If you need to update your card or billing address, click Manage payment method on the Billing page; this opens a Stripe-hosted portal.
