By accessing or using LetsPost (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and meet the eligibility requirements of every third-party platform you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the videos, captions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to store Your Content and transmit it to the platforms you explicitly authorize us to publish to. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.
The Service publishes on your behalf through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta, and Google. Each platform's own Terms of Service and community guidelines apply in addition to these Terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. Platform API access may be revoked at any time without notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for any downtime of third-party platforms, including loss of scheduled posts as a result of platform API outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
