Data Deletion Instructions

LetsPost (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you, including data received from connected social platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Google (YouTube).

What data we hold

When you connect a social account through LetsPost we receive and store the following on your behalf:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens — encrypted credentials that allow us to publish content to your connected accounts.
• Account identifiers — platform user IDs and display names returned during the OAuth flow.
• Published post metadata — titles, captions, scheduled times, and publishing status records.
• Uploaded media — video and image files you upload through the Service, stored in Firebase Storage until published or deleted.
• Profile and workspace data — brand or client profile names you create inside the Service.
• Billing records — transaction identifiers from Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.

How to request data deletion

Option 1 — Delete your account (recommended)

The fastest way to remove all your data is to delete your LetsPost account from within the app:

1. Sign in at letspost.app
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone
3. Click Delete Account and confirm

Deleting your account will permanently erase all posts, media, profiles, connected account tokens, and personal data within 24 months after account deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable accounting law as required by law.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access your account or prefer to submit a deletion request by email, send a message to adriano.neps@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:

• The email address associated with your LetsPost account
• The social platform(s) whose data you want deleted (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Any additional context about the data you wish us to remove

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — specific instructions

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to LetsPost and you would like us to delete the data we received via Meta's platforms, you can:

1. Remove LetsPost from your Facebook app permissions: facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites
2. Send a deletion request to adriano.neps@gmail.com with the subject line “Meta data deletion request”.

Upon receiving your request we will delete the OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and any metadata associated with your Meta-connected accounts within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

TikTok — specific instructions

If you connected your TikTok account to LetsPost, you can revoke our access directly in TikTok's app:

1. Open TikTok → Profile → ⋮ Settings → Security → Authorized apps
2. Find LetsPost and tap Revoke

After revoking access, send a deletion request to adriano.neps@gmail.com and we will permanently delete the associated tokens and metadata within 30 days.

Disconnecting individual accounts

To remove a connected account without deleting your entire LetsPost account:

1. Go to Dashboard → Accounts
2. Click Disconnect on any account card

This immediately deletes the OAuth tokens for that account from our systems. Post metadata referencing that account may be retained until you delete it manually or delete your account.

Verifying deletion

After submitting a deletion request, you will receive a confirmation email from adriano.neps@gmail.com with details of what was deleted. If you have not received a confirmation within 30 days, please follow up using the same email address.

Data retained after deletion

The following data may be retained after a deletion request for the period specified, as required by applicable law:

• Billing records: 7 years as required by applicable accounting law (accounting law requirement)
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics: may be retained indefinitely (not linked to your identity)
